Event Details

Using discussions of sample poems and guided writing exercises, attendees will free write and shape their words into a poem draft.  Our presenter will lead a discussion of what makes a poem, how to ignore the rules during the creation process, and how to either use or break the rules during revision.  A handout with sample poems and resources for further study will be provided to attendees.  Patrons are welcome to bring their own laptops or notepads if desired.
